Event Notifications

Event notifications are essential for the day to day operations and with predefined templates the users can readily use them. The templates save a lot of time required for writing and editing the email or an SMS. Also, with placeholders contained in the templates an email or SMS can have all the required details. Thus, you can control the template’s content and ensure that proper communication takes place at important events.

To view the Event Notifications page, navigate to Admin > Automation > Event Notifications.

The page provides the following three tabs:

• Email Notification: Enables you to edit the default email templates. These are used to send notifications to the recipients when an event is triggered.
• SMS Notification: Enables you to edit the default SMS templates. These are used to send notifications to the recipients when an event is triggered.
• SMS Gateway Configuration: Enables you to configure the SMS Gateway for sending SMS notifications.
