Motadata AIOps Release Version 8.1.1

Release Date: October 17, 2025

What’s New?

Wireless Client and Rogue Monitoring Breaking Change

With this release, Motadata AIOps introduces a new approach to storing Wireless Client and Rogue data to effectively manage high-cardinality information. Previously, client and rogue details were stored as historical time-series data, which became increasingly difficult to manage at scale due to the daily detection of large volumes of unique clients and rogues.

Starting from this version, client and rogue data will be stored as “last only” that means with each poll, existing data will be replaced, and only the latest snapshot will be visible in the widget.

Breaking Change: Customers upgrading to this version will no longer have access to historical data for Wireless Client and Rogue. Only the latest collected data will be retained going forward.
