What’s New?
Introducing NetRoute (BETA)
Motadata AIOps brings enhanced network path analysis featuring detailed routing visualization, hop-by-hop performance insights, and predictive outage capabilities. Severity-based alerts and comprehensive path history streamline troubleshooting and optimize network efficiency.
Improved Forecast Policy and Alert
Motadata AIOps now features significantly improved forecast policy, empowering users with greater control and precision. Users can now define forecast range and threshold value, enabling proactive alerting. The enhanced policy trigger sends alerts well in advance of an actual threshold breach, facilitating timely issue mitigation.
Introducing OOTB Support for Application Mapping and Domain Mapping
Motadata AIOps provides out-of-the-box (OOTB) support for both Application and Domain Mapping within its Flow Monitoring capabilities. Application Mapping enables users to associate applications with their corresponding ports and protocols. Domain Mapping resolves source and destination IP addresses to known public domains and also supports custom domain mappings.
Widget Visualization Enhancements
The widget visualization functionality has been enhanced with two key updates: the Top N widget now supports a Tree Map view, allowing users to view tiles sized by counter values for clearer comparisons. Additionally, the Chart widget introduces support to add Markers, enabling a more visually rich analytics experience.
Enhanced and Revamped Metric Explorer
Metric Explorer now boasts a revamped UI that further enhances the user experience. Users can also apply advanced arithmetic operations on metric trends.
Introducing Service Status Widget
Motadata AIOps brings the Service Status widget in Windows Monitoring template. This new widget will provide the exhaustive list of all discovered services along with their real-time status updates. The widget will significantly improve service-level monitoring, ultimately aiding in addressing service-related issues more effectively.
Introducing OOTB Metric Plugin for Cisco Routers
Motadata AIOps brings an Out-of-the-Box (OOTB) plugin to fetch hardware sensor KPIs for Cisco SDWAN and NON-SDWAN routers. This will significantly enhance monitoring and provide richer insights.
Improved User Creation Fields
With this release, Motadata AIOps brings standardization across all UI fields. AIOps will now align with international standards for Username, Password, and Email fields. Moreover, contact number fields will follow E.164 format across the product.
Introducing Alert Drilldown from Email and Notifications
With this release, users will be able to drill down to the specific alert right from the Teams notifications and Email templates. This will significantly enhance ease of use.
Added SSH Support for NCM Devices
With this release, Motadata AIOps brings support for SSH key exchange algorithms and ciphers for newer Cisco devices added in the Network Configuration Management (NCM) module.
Improved Monitoring Template
Users will now be able to select or deselect the ‘Interface IP’ column for network device monitoring templates as per convenience. By default, the column will be hidden.
Improved Widgets
Motadata AIOps now displays latency (ms) as floating-point numbers for counters in widgets, including sub-millisecond values (e.g., 0.25 ms), providing microsecond-level granularity for more accurate network analysis.
Instance Counter as Macros in Policy
With this release, all instance counters will be exposed as Macros in policy. These macros are only available in policies created at the instance level and must belong to the same metric group. Macro replacement occurs only if the relevant data is present in the poll result that triggered the alert.
