Ahmedabad, India – August 2026

Mindarray Systems global product company offering IT Operations management product suite for Hybrid infrastructure under the brand name Motadata, announced the general availability of ObserveOps Infinity, a single edition of its unified observability platform metered only by what the customer monitors.

Hardware pricing has risen sharply worldwide, and observability is compute-heavy at ingest and storage-heavy at rest. Motadata's engineering team took the hardware footprint as a design constraint and re-engineered ingest paths, storage layout and collector efficiency. An equivalent deployment now runs on up to 30% to 40% less hardware, an indicative range that varies with workload.

The release introduces an observability pipeline, a control plane between every source and every store. Logs, events, traps and flows are parsed into structured fields at ingest, masked in motion, and enriched with configuration item, site, owner and service context. Retention becomes a policy decision, and the pipeline is included in the Motadata ObserveOps platform base with no separate SKU.

Those three changes together make the platform ready for agentic AI. An agent needs structured, governed telemetry to reason and act safely, and event correlation, anomaly detection and runbook automation ship in the base today.

"Global hardware prices went one way and the industry passed that through to the customer. We asked our engineering team to treat that bill as our own design constraint," says Amit Shingala, CEO Motadata. "One edition, the complete platform, and a foundation for what comes next."

ObserveOps Infinity changes how the platform is packaged, priced and deployed, some of the key points

  • One edition: The complete platform unlocks on day one, including security controls, with no tiers or upgrade walls

  • Observability pipeline in the base: Parsing, enrichment, policy-driven retention and burst handling, with no separate SKU

  • Metering by monitored device: Optional Flow, Log, NCCM, APM and RUM modules carry their own units

  • Per-source Log and Flow: Counted by source and exporter, so the license stays steady as data volumes move

  • Lower hardware footprint: Up to 30% to 40% less hardware for an equivalent deployment

  • Ready for agentic AI: Agentic capabilities will be released onto this same platform and license, with no re-platforming

  • No forced migration: Existing contracts continue as they are

Note on hardware figures: the 30% to 40% reduction is indicative and varies with device mix, retention and topology. Every deployment is sized against the official Motadata sizing matrix.
