Mindarray Systems will exhibit Motadata at Cloud & AI Infrastructure Asia 2026, part of Tech Week Singapore, on 29 and 30 September at the Sands Expo & Convention Centre, Stand 5-K23. The stand will run ObserveOps and ServiceOps live, including the observability pipeline and the ObserveOps to ServiceOps handoff.
Motadata will bring both products in its portfolio to Stand 5-K23: ObserveOps, its unified observability platform covering metrics, logs, flows, traces and topology, and ServiceOps, its AI-enabled, ITIL 4 aligned service management platform.
The conversations Motadata expects to have over the two days fall into four groups:
Observability gaps: hybrid estates spanning on-premises, colocation and several clouds, where each layer has its own tool and nothing sees the whole
Service bottlenecks: incidents that reach the service desk as bare alerts, without the affected service, owner or site attached
Too much noise: alert volumes that climb while the meaning of any individual alert falls
Slow resolutions: teams that can see everything and still spend hours establishing what actually broke
Motadata's argument is that these are one problem viewed from four angles, and that the fix is not more visibility. It is fewer alerts and faster resolutions, on a single platform where monitoring and service management share the same configuration item and service context.
ObserveOps is where the noise comes down: correlation, anomaly detection, and an observability pipeline that parses, enriches and applies retention policy to logs, events, traps and flows before they reach a store.
ServiceOps is where what remains becomes resolved work, covering incident, problem, change and asset management on an ITIL 4 aligned foundation. Integrated, the two mean an incident reaches the service desk with the affected service, owner and site already attached, rather than as a bare alert someone has to interpret.
Visitors to Stand 5-K23 can see both products running, walk through the ObserveOps-to-ServiceOps handoff, and talk through their own estate with the engineering team. Motadata will be on the stand across both days of the show.
ObserveOps now ships as one edition, ObserveOps Infinity, available since August 2026: the full platform on day one, the observability pipeline included in the base, Log and Flow licensed per source rather than per GB per day, and an equivalent deployment on up to 30% to 40% less hardware — a guide rather than a promise, since it varies with device mix, retention and topology.
